Sport specific
There are many varieties of sport, and each calls upon a unique set of muscles to perform them. With this in mind, I focus training the muscle groups used in your chosen sport. Specialising in off-season and pre-season fitness, you’ll maintain and develop your peak condition. If you are a girl or woman who plays football, this programme is ideal for you. Session times are normally 45 minutes from your agreed scheduled time unless otherwise defined. These times can be influenced by the ability to exercise (BioRehab & Biomedical) and or the program defined (BioDynamic) at the start of any package. Please discuss and agree this with your trainer.
